Our Philosophy and Methodology

The Connections Multiplied team brings 30+ years of experience working in and with health, human services, racial equity, faith-based, education and arts organizations locally in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Area, regionally, and nationally. We understand and are committed to growing more impactful leaders and bring the skills, experience, and resources necessary to help you succeed. By choosing us as your coach you will benefit from the understanding and experience of a seasoned professional with a background filled with supporting leaders in their strategic development, advancement, community engagement and collaboration efforts.

HOW WE WORK

Each coaching engagement is tailored to the needs of the client and the desired outcomes. Whether it’s 60, 90 or 120 days ( or longer), your coaching experience will be focused on your goals and vision for the future. At the heart of any coaching relationship is trust. Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, in person or by phone, we work to identify and focus on goals, objectives and overcome barriers to growth and change.
