BLACK WOMEN IN NON-PROFIT LEADERSHIP

2025 COHORT Application

Black Women in Nonprofit Leadership (BWNPL) is the flagship program of Connections Multiplied, Too. Now entering its fourth year, the program provides an opportunity for Black women to explore and be supported through intentional racial healing, professional growth and development, networking, and so much more. BWNPL is a sacred space for all people identifying as Black women - more specifically as Black, African American, and/or of African descent and a woman - at varying stages of their careers in the non-profit sector, and it has been crafted to the specific needs of these individuals. This is a 10-month cohort experience with training, connections, and resources to help all participants navigate common issues related to Black women’s mental health, imposter syndrome, navigating the non-profit and public services space as a Black woman, time management, avoiding cultural bias, etc.

"The BWNPL cohort was an opportunity I knew I needed, but that I entered with little expectation. Honestly, I never could have imagined this cohort in my wildest dreams.  The BWNPL cohort was and is way more than a one-year professional development program. Errika is a true visionary who created a safe space to cultivate community."                                                                                                              - 2022 Cohort Member
